Bettina Finke actually only wanted to make a short stopover at her great-uncle Gustav's on her trip to Italy in Bavaria. When she arrives, however, she learns that Gustav has recently passed away - and has left her his idyllic farm. Bettina would love to sell the dilapidated farm immediately. However, that is easier said than done. But that's not all: Bettina finds two attractive suitors in her childhood sweetheart Martin and the handsome Alexander.
